Reflex – High-density Responsive Foam
Reflex foam is a technical polyurethane foam, of mediumfirm high density. It provides a vital supportive firmness at the mattress base, relevant to your weight, and is often used for orthopaedic mattresses. Reflex foam is made up of tiny holes that slightly adapt to your body shape, but bounce back against you at the same time. Often found in orthopaedic mattresses, reflex foam can offer a firmer feel and provide good spinal alignment.

The memory foam layer within the mattress structure conforms to your body shape for full support and pressure relief. It enables the correct posture to be maintained during sleep.

The Latex layer within a mattress conforms to your body shape for full support and pressure relief. Plus it has amazing air circulation as Latex has natural air pockets within its structure, this allows for good air flow which helps you to stay cooler in bed. Reading Light
Flexible contemporary LED light with USB charging port, available in black or white. Can be fitted on left or right hand side of the headboard (as sleeping).
Hi-Lo Lifter
The Hi-Lo lifter is incorporated into the bed surround with a resting bed height of 24”. This lifts the mattress and profiling action to a maximum height of 38”.

All beds ordered with a Staingard Care Plan are despatched with the appropriate care kits
Administration
Once the furniture is delivered, Staingard gets notified and the policy is created.
A certificate of insurance is issued within 14 days.
The terms and conditions are explained in full on the policy and a procedure for making a claim detailed.
Details can be viewed and amends requested online.
Certificates can be printed instore if required.
Claims Procedure
The customer must contact Staingard as soon as possible and no longer than 7 days after the event.
Staingard can be contacted by phone however the preferred route is online, 24/7, 365 days a year
Online claims are validated within 3 hours of the next working day.
Valid claims will be offered an appointment for a technician to call with 5 days.
If Staingard are unable to resolve the problem, they will offer a replacement.
