Three Things to Consider When Buying an Adjustable Bed
An adjustable bed can provide comfort and welcome relief from aches and pains. But how do you go about choosing the right adjustable bed for your home?
If you’re struggling to find a comfortable position at night and your sleep is suffering as a consequence, it might be worth considering buying an adjustable bed from Rise and Recline Ltd. An adjustable bed allows you to raise your head or feet and find the perfect position for you, at the touch of a button.
But before you do order your adjustable bed, there are a few things you should consider.
Do you need a single or dual adjustable bed?
Even if only one of you wants or needs the adjustable bed, but you may not be comfortable with sleeping in separate beds. A dual adjustable bed allows you both to share the same bed but adjust each side separately so that you can both find the ideal position for you. Similarly, if you live alone or only one of you wants an adjustable bed, you can buy a single. All adjustable beds from Rise and Recline Ltd are available as a dual or single, with a wide variety of dimensions available.
Is your adjustable bed for comfort or mobility or both?
An adjustable, recliner bed provides a greater level of comfort to help you sleep at night or just lay in bed and read; but they also provide a great deal of support for people with reduced mobility. The profiling feature allows the user to raise themselves to an upright position at the touch of a button, making it easier to get out of bed whilst also supporting mobility. Similarly, when getting into bed, the user can get into a seated position and use the profiling feature to slowly lower themselves to a comfortable laying position. To support in this, certain adjustable beds are available with a number of additional features to support mobility, including attachable grab rails to help with getting in and out of bed. In addition, certain beds are height adjustable, meaning the bed can be set to a height at which it is easier to get in and out of bed.
Rise and Recline Ltd’s range of adjustable beds come with a choice of either pocket sprung, Reflex foam or memory foam mattresses, depending on your preference. A memory foam mattress contours to the shape of your body, allowing support across your whole body. A pocket sprung mattress has microsprings contained within individual pockets for those users that prefer the traditional type of mattress.
